Exploring further, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in and is kitted out with a sociable central island unit, a double electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher.

There’s also a delightful ground-floor bedroom: a king-size room with its own wood burner.

Finally, the ground floor has a separate WC.

Please note that, due to the age of the property, there are a few internal steps in the ground floor.

Two staircases lead up to the first floor: one in the main hallway and one from the kitchen which takes you up to the dining room.

This spacious room has been attractively furnished with a large dining table and antique dresser, providing an ideal spot for you to all gather together and enjoy a hearty meal.

There’s also a delightful snug with plenty of seating, a perfect space for getting away and enjoying a good book in peace.

Heading outside, there’s a small, but charming patio area with outdoor furniture, perfect for a morning coffee as you plan the day.

Roadside parking is available, and there’s also a handy pay-and-display car park a few metres from the cottage.
