Climb the steps to the glazed front door and you step into a gorgeous micro home that’s light, airy and really luxurious.

Finished and furnished to an extremely high standard this little jewel box is cosy and snug on even the coolest day, a really well equipped kitchen area with a silent fridge and a double bed.

There’s also a wet room with shower, basin and WC.The accommodation has been so well thought through you really will love spending time here.

All the windows have shutters so you can enjoy absolute privacy.

The Snug sits alongside Carwinley Beck and you’ll enjoy your own private screened area with seating, lighting, a parasol, outdoor shower, fire pit – you’re even provided with toasting forks and marshmallows – and of course the private hot tub.

This is quite simply the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or local craft beer after a busy day sightseeing.

Guests also enjoy full use of the 3 1/2 acres of grounds and the tree house.

There’s a communal parking area.

There’s no light pollution so the night skies are perfect for star gazing and even catching the celestial lightshow of the Northern Lights.

If you can tear yourselves away from the delights of the Snug, Longtown is a pretty town in the lovely Scottish Borders with bars, restaurants and shops.
