About this home
Bursting with character and period features, stylish furnishings blend seamlessly with wooden beams, mullion windows and exposed brickwork taking you back to a bygone era of elegance and class.
Meanwhile, careful consideration has been paid to ensure that this handsome house is also well-equipped with all the 21st century comforts you could wish for.
On entering the house you will find a spacious well-equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to make any meal preparation a joy.
The dining area seating eight is fully open to the kitchen and is dominated by a stunning inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove and comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine whilst dinner is cooking.
The sitting room also has a wood burning stove and picturesque cushioned window seat, ideal for watching the world go by.
A separate snug room with another window seat and sofas offers a more peaceful place to retreat to with a good book.
A small utility room leads through to a ground floor family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Central to the house is a steep, wide staircase with narrow tread to the first floor, where four tastefully furnished bedrooms await you.
Each one has been individually decorated to compliment the style of the house and offer a peaceful calm space.
Equally, the bathrooms are all restored to cater for modern day guests with large walk-in showers.
