About this home
Nestled in the village of East Rudham and located on the edge of the village green, this 1750s converted coach house retains many of its original features, from the exposed copper pipework to the original beams and sloping floor, adding real character to this home. The home boasts not just one but two living rooms, the upstairs of which features a log wood burner and a small balcony with a bistro table, which is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning pot of tea on a warm, sunny day. Enjoy the beautiful coastline of Norfolk from this home with over six different beaches reachable in just under half an hour including, Brancaster and Heacham. What’s more, King’s Lynn – for great shopping days out – is just twenty-five minutes away. On sunny evenings, we would love to return home and fire up the barbecue for alfresco meals enjoyed in the home’s courtyard garden. While on chilly nights, snuggle up warm and cosy in front of the log wood burner fire.

Good to know
All the bedrooms here are located on the upper floors so this home is not suitable for those using a wheelchair or those with restricted mobility. The stairs leading up to the twin bedroom are a ‘paddle staircase’ with alternating steps, so these are not suitable for children or anyone with any kind of mobility restriction. This bedroom also has low wooden beams so tall people may wish to use one of the other bedrooms. Your host can provide a high chair for free upon request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay. The first floor of this home has a slightly sloped floor so please mind your step. This home has a Bluetooth speaker
