If you can peel yourself away from this sanctuary of calm, take a wander around the farmers’ markets in the nearby village of Draycott.

Or else, go for a morning walk through the Strawberry Fields Park, or venture out on an explorative day spent hiking up Cheddar Gorge, only a short seven-minute drive from home – cameras at the ready, the views here are sublime.
