The modern kitchen provides all you will need to self-cater, including an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a large dining table. One of the main features of the space is the impressive wood-burning stove which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sumptuous L-shaped sofa while you enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV.

Upstairs, there is a gorgeous mezzanine bedroom with a super-king-size bed, while the second bedroom is complete with bunk beds and perfect for one child. There is also a luxurious bathroom with his and her basins, a walk-in shower and a luxurious stone bath on the main floor.

Venture outside to the private balcony and enjoy the tranquil countryside views while you prepare delicious feasts on the BBQ or venture to the courtyard for an evening around the fire pit.

The barn is located in the mid-Devon countryside and perfectly placed to enjoy scenic bike rides along the River Exe and walks to wonderful pubs and eateries. Should you wish the venture further, Devon’s spectacular coastline and rugged moors are just waiting to be explored.
