The large kitchen/diner really is something – stone flooring, a conservatory-style dining area overlooking the garden and a table seating up to six make this a naturally convivial space.

Kitchen facilities include an electric double oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while a utility room off the kitchen is home to washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

The second-floor accommodation includes three beautifully furnished bedrooms: one master king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and another king-size both with distant sea views and a spacious twin.

The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC.

Outside space comprises a small border garden at the front, while the rear garden – mainly lawn and a paved patio – is fully enclosed by a wall. A BBQ offers ample opportunity for dining alfresco.

There is off-road parking for two cars.
