About this home
Located on the ground floor of the barn, Chestnut is accessed either down terracotta tiled steps or a wheelchair accessible pathway, leading directly to the front door.
The lobby leads into the solid oak, well-equipped kitchen, allowing you to create culinary wonders in beautiful surroundings.
Stepping through solid, ash double doors set in a wooden screen, you enter the comfortable living and dining area complete with a sumptuous sofa, unusual open fire, exposed beams and African slate floor.
Enjoy a home cooked meal at the dining table overlooking the sun kissed courtyard.
Through a curtained, wooden archway, you will find the delightful bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, curved window seat and a luxurious en-suite shower room.
Outside, is a private two-tiered, wheelchair accessible garden with woven hazel hedges and memorable views.
The lower garden has chestnut, hardwood benches and a chiminea, whilst the upper garden provides a mosaic table and chairs and a sunken hot tub, a truly idyllic location offering uninterrupted relaxation.
Guests also have use of the communal games room, boasting table tennis, a pool table, musical equipment and much more. There is also a wide selection of toys, games, DVD’s and books for guests to borrow whilst they stay.
Off-road parking available for two cars.
Electric vehicle chargers are available in the car park for guests to use free of charge.
Communal laundry room available.

Good to know
To be clear, you have two outside spaces. To the back two-tiered private garden with a sunken hot tub, chiminea, hardwood benches and a mosaic table and chairs….and that wonderful view. To the front you have shared access to a communal courtyard garden with garden furniture and communal games room with a table tennis table, pool table, darts board, exercise bike, yoga & exercise mats, musical equipment. You really don’t need to leave this place.
