Arranged over the upper two floors of the property are two double bedrooms including a sumptuous master bedroom with king size bed, and the bijou living room complete with its wood burning stove, flat-screen television and a large L-shaped sofa, is the ideal spot for chilling out or enjoying a movie night in.

The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are located on the Rame Peninsula and are just a three minute walk apart.

There is a furnished seating area in front of the property.

Unspoiled by development they remain true to a traditional Cornish way of life and the beautiful scenery surrounding the area along with a small, sheltered bay make it a popular destination for visitors from all over the world including artists and members of the boating fraternity.

Parking – There is space outside for one car within a marked bay for short stay parking and unloading.
