Lake Windermere is one of the gems of the Lake District, and this beautiful Victorian home boasts views of the lake from three bedrooms, as well as views of the fells beyond the terrace.
Yet there’s plenty to tempt you away from the panorama, with a cinema room and games room in the basement.
With five large bedrooms as well as a drawing room, dining room and snug, there’s lots and lots of space for large family groups to enjoy their time away.
Bedroom one is lovely and bright and has a 6’ super-king size bed.
Bedroom two with 4’6 double bed and en-suite.
Bedroom three with a 6’ super-king size zip and link bed.
Bedroom four with 3’ twin single beds.
Bedroom five with a 6’ super-king size bed and en-suite.
Then you have two further bathrooms one with a roll-top bath and double shower, wash basin and WC.
The second with bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Enjoy the large patio area with garden furniture and play on the large lawn with mature shrubs and trees. Explore the wooded area, the kids will love it.

Birkdale House is surrounded by acres of private farmland and you’ll find an abundance of walks to enjoy in the grounds and beyond, either in the fells or down towards the lakeside. The summit of Brantfell is just a fifteen-minute walk from the property.
