With a large garden to enjoy long summer days in, it also has three bedrooms, with comfortable beds and luxury linens, to ensure a good night’s sleep after exploring the local area. Being in easy walking distance of the village pubs, restaurant and beach, it is perfect for couple or families who are looking for a large kitchen/ dining area to socialise in.
On the ground floor:
Entrance hall leading to the sitting room with open fire, sofas, Freeview Smart TV and wooden floor.
Open plan kitchen/ dining/ snug:
Well-equipped kitchen with double Belfast sink, electric range, combi microwave/ oven/ grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, beams, tiled floor, Freeview Smart TV, dining table (with seating for up to 12 guests), french doors to the garden and snug with wood burning stove and two armchairs.
Utility room:
With sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first Floor:
The master has a king-size bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed.
Bedroom 3 comes with bunk beds.
Bathroom
With shower over bath, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Outside:
Garden with patio, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
